About Eidum gårdsbakeri
Eidum Gårdsbakeri is an artisan bakery at the farm Øvre Eidum in Lånke in Stjørdal. Here they bake long-proved bread, sourdough bread, cinnamon swirls and other sweet baked goods from pure ingredients. On the farm there is a café and farm shop with about 20 seats inside and several outside, where you can get coffee and fresh baked goods and collect pre-ordered bread. The bakery does not have fixed weekly opening hours – the café and farm shop are open on announced days throughout the year, including Saturday and Sunday openings with pre-ordering, warehouse sales and events along Route 26.
