Apples, bees and berries – grown with love in Telemark We have breathed new life into the farm that we bought in 2004. Here we produce fruit, berries and honey, a combination that gives us the best raw materials. We process the raw materials with solid craftsmanship into products of the very finest quality. All to give you genuine joy in food with unique taste experiences. Open self-service farm shop from 10 - 20 Monday - Sunday We harvest and gather fruit and berries from our own garden. Apples of high quality with the right flavours and berries with their lovely colour. The fruit is sorted, milled and pressed into pure apple juice in our own farm pressing house. Part of the apple juice production ferments on through the winter into delicious and flavourful apple cider. After a course in Hardanger in 2019 about cider production, we returned to our own farm with a dream of being able to make our own cider. That same year we set up the first test production, and in 2021 the first bottles were ready for sale. Our customers are delighted, and now we are looking forward to the journey ahead. Our ciders are made from apples from our own farm and apples bought from other local producers. We have also blended berries into some of our varieties and created magic. Our experiences Heit Telemark Sauna: At Lien Gård we have our own sauna placed on a floating dock. It is beautifully situated by the water below the farm. Heit Telemark Sauna can be booked all year round and is perfect to combine with a tasting or a trip to the mountains. Outdoor dining: The outdoor dining area is open every day from week 26 until week 32. Here you can enjoy a glass of genuine craft products, the farm's pizza, toasties or a waffle. Cider tasting: Tasting with storytelling and a guided tour of the cidery, as well as an insight into the process of making cider. Mountain hike: The countryside around Lien Gård offers wonderful experiences out in the open. There are several marked trails from the farm. Start your hike with us and fill your rucksack with the selection from the farm shop, or pack the contents of the picnic basket into your rucksack.
