About Walle gård
Walle gård at Rolvsøy in Fredrikstad is run organically by Grethe Walle and Steinar Weel. The farm grows grain, spelt and rapeseed, and the rapeseed is pressed into cold-pressed rapeseed oil in their own facility on the farm. Their own bees provide honey. The farm shop opened in 2019 and sells the farm's own produce along with a wide selection of local food from Østfold, including vegetables, sourdough bread baked with the farm's organic spelt flour, cheese, sausages and apple juice.
