Urkornbua has fresh baked goods from Sunday to Thursday, and also offers self-service, so you can shop Sunday - Friday until 20.00, even when nobody is there. In the summer months there is nice decking outside where you can sit down and enjoy delicious baked goods and a cup of coffee or tea. In the winter months there is limited seating inside the bakery, but there is a large café room in the house next door. Opening hours: Sunday: 12-17 (Fresh and frozen baked goods) Monday-Thursday 10-17 (Fresh baked goods from 12) Friday 10-12 (Frozen baked goods only) Closed on Saturdays. A little about the range of goods: Bread: Various spelt breads, emmer bread, landrace wheat bread and sourdough bread. Sweet baked goods: Cinnamon knots, sunshine buns, chocolate cake etc. Organic flour: Spelt, emmer, dala landrace wheat, svedjerug (slash-and-burn rye) and bread mix. Other: Spelt granola, honey, organic eggs, rapeseed oil, pizza, sourdough starter and much more. There are always plenty of frozen baked goods. We also accept advance orders. A little about Norsk Urkorn: Norsk Urkorn is owned and run by Petter Simonsen and the married couples Anne-Lise and Jon Sørensen, Eirin and Kolbjørn Fagerås.
