About Løkken Gård Hvaler
At Løkken Gård Hvaler we grow many exciting types of chilli. The plants are allowed to develop their rich flavour through long growing seasons, watered with clean spring water. The result is a clean, complex and intense taste experience. We use natural ingredients and produce several of the ingredients here on Hvaler. In addition, we make our own apple cider vinegar from apples from the farm's own trees, which we also use in the chilli sauces to create a balanced and unique flavour. We love chilli for more than just the heat – it is the flavour and the fullness that make it special.
