Skarsmoen Gård / Skarsmoen Ysteri is an organic farm cheese dairy and farm shop at Tretten in Gudbrandsdalen. On the farm the family makes artisan cheese from the milk of their own goats, which graze freely and spend the summer at a seter (summer mountain farm) in Øyerfjellet. In the self-service farm shop you will find, among other things, chèvre, fresh cream cheese, young and matured white cheese, as well as locally sourced goat meat and kid (young goat) from the farm. Skarsmoen places emphasis on good craftsmanship, local resources and closeness between the animals, nature and the finished products.
