About Fagernes Kjøtt AS
Fagernes Kjøtt is a family business and local food producer with its own farm shop at Bruflat in Etnedal in Valdres. The company has specialised in traditional spekemat (cured meats), with a large selection of cured sausages of elk, reindeer and red deer among others. The cured sausages are matured and dried naturally in the fresh Valdres air. In the farm shop you will also find cured ham, fenalår (cured leg of lamb) and other meat products, as well as seasonal goods such as pinnekjøtt (salted, dried lamb ribs), brawn and Christmas sausage.
