About Gårdssysleriet
Gårdssysleriet is a self-service farm shop at Ytre Hægeland gård in Øvrebø, a farm that has been in the family since 1688. Cathinka Jerkø makes handmade, natural dairy products such as yoghurt, cultured milk, sour cream, butter and cheese from the milk of the farm's own cows. The shop also sells meat from their own calves, eggs, potatoes and rhubarb cordial. Everything is locally sourced and made on the farm.
